Louise Kertesz had told LSU Press of Rexroth’s interest in writing a foreword to the book, and that LSU Press would be honored to have the book introduced by Rexroth. Jarrett is writing to Rexroth now because deadlines are approaching, and the press needs to know whether or not Rexroth still intends to introduce the volume and if they can expect to have the foreword by mid-November.
