Mountainscape of Morro do Castello, Brazil. Looking over the town sitting in the valley of the mountains surrounding it. Mostly high style Italianate inspired architecture and looking at the back of the Avenida Rio Branco building to the right. Slide labeled with text, "Made by G.R. Swain, 713 E. University Ave., Ann Arbor, Michigan." Swain was staff photographer at U of M from 1913 to 1947.
