Looking across the grounds of the University of California in Berkeley, California. It is noted that there is thick fog and the wind in blowing over the the city from the West. Craftsman style two story houses can be seen lining the street in the foreground and the University of California Berkeley bell tower can be seen in the background. The landscape is very hilly and the streets are built on steep grades through the city.
