Description
-
Two people in a small wooden buggy cross over a flooded roadway in the Great Dismal Swamp between Virginia and North Carolina. It is noted that the swampy channels connect the main swamp with the western morasses. Trees surround the roadway and a most of their bases are flared to give them stability in the flooded ground.
