Description
-
The broken roof of the new heating plant following a windstorm in Ypsilanti, Michigan on June 4th, 1911. A portion of the roof has remained held together and has slid off of the main roof to rest next to the building. Exposed roof beams can be seen to the left, where the portion of the roof on the ground presumably came from. Downed trees can be seen in the foreground and large dirt piles conceal most of the building.
