Description
-
Pearl Springs in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. The geyser is located in the Norris Geyser Basin and has infrequent eruptions that can reach 8 ft. Colorful formations can be seen when the geyser is empty. The landscape is covered with mineral deposits, which kill most of the vegetation so the only trees are in the background at the edge of the thermal field. Grass grows near the spring and mountains can be seen in the background.
