Landscape of Black Creek Falls near Gadsden, Alabama. Water from the creek cascades over a rocky ledge and spills into a basin below the falls. Rocks are piled below the ledge and a shallow cavern is created. Trees grow on the banks of the river below the falls and on the rock ledge.
