The crater of Castle Geyser in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. This cone geyser is located in the Upper Geyser Basin and erupts regularly every 10 to 20 minutes. Large mineral deposits form the cone of the geyser and create a castle-like appearance. Water and other mineral deposits can be seen around the cone and trees can be seen in the background.
