Cows crossing a flooded Mississippi lowland in Arkansas. The landscape is very swampy and logging is taking place in the area because of the large downed trees in the foreground. Slide labeled with text, "Made by G.R. Swain, 713 E. University Ave., Ann Arbor, Michigan." Swain was staff photographer at U of M from 1913 to 1947.
