A row of Maple trees south of Fennville, Michigan on paved US-31. All of the trees are relatively the same size and shield the roadway from the cultivated fields to the left. The trees have round shapes, created from their branches and leaves. It is noted that they are being affected by the wind. Slide labeled with text, "Made by G.R. Swain, 713 E. University Ave., Ann Arbor, Michigan." Swain was staff photographer at U of M from 1913 to 1947.
