Arizona. Williams. Sugar Pines to south
Sugar Pines near Flagstaff, Arizona. The pines appear to have been planted in somewhat straight rows across the landscape and are all relatively the same age, based on their similar heights. Sugar Pines are the tallest and largest evergreen trees in the United States and are native to the Pacific coast region of the country.The landscape is rocky and covered with sparse vegetation. Large hills can be seen in the background and a waterway can be seen in front of the trees in the foreground. -

Desert landscape in Arizona. Sagebrush covers the flat plateau in the foreground and a large rocky mesa rises in the background. Settlement deposit lines can be seen in the rock wall of the formation and desert vegetation covers the top. Power Lines can be seen in the foreground. -

The landscape is very rugged and rocky and covered with trees and scrub bushes. A large spruce can be seen in the foreground and it has been affected by the strong winds that blow through the valleys. -

Pinyon trees in Arkansas Valley, Colorado. The Pinyon tree is a species of evergreen that is well-adapted to arid climates in the southwest and Colorado regions of the United States. The large trees dot the landscape and grow on the steep mountain face. Large boulders surround the trees and dead timbers are scattered on the ground. -
