The two contracts differ somewhat but
are very similar when it comes to the contract
portions.,

I have been to the Attornev General's
office and reguested that no decision be rendered
and have received back the contract that was in
the hands of Mr. Kidder and will hold the matter in
abeyance until after a conference with you.
