out of the funds provided for that purpose, furnish the same with
all fixed equipment and to keep both building and fixed equipment
in repair, to furnish all fuellrequired, to apply all primary school
interest money received during the 1life of this contract to the
payment of teachers' wages, to provide upon the advice and consent
of the state board of education for all vehicles in accordance with
the law for the transportation of pupils to said school and to pay
one-—half the cost of such transportation, and meet such other
requirements of the law as shall not be required to be performed by
the party of the first part as hereinafter provided:

Sald party of the first part in consideration of the
acts to be performed by the party of the second part and for the
privilege of the oppertunity for the training of teachers, agrees
to operate said rural agricultural school district in cooperation
with its board of education, to furnish all teachers and pay their
salaries over and above that which the primary school interest fund
will pay, to employ and to pay all janitors and other employees
required for the administration of said school, to pay one-~half the
expense of transporting the pupils of said district to and from school
as required by law, to provide for the transporting c¢f the practice
teachers to and from said school and to pay for the expense of the
same, and to furnish and provide at all times all movable equipment
in and about the building and premises and keep the same in repair
during the period of this contract.

‘ It is furthef agreed and understood that said party of the
éecond.part shall have the use and disposition of the library, the
tuition fees, all funds precvided by law for the use and benefit of
rural agricultural schools, and all other funds not otherwise
directed herein tc be expended by or under the direction of the said

party of the first part.
