  Photograph of a pier in Kincardine, Ontario, Canada. A lighthouse stands on the shoreline behind a stand of trees and several piers extend out into Lake Huron. A building stands in the middle of the trees half way up the grass covered hill in the foreground.   Photograph of a river. Trees surround the river. A car can be seen on a dirt road near the trees.   Alabama. Tuskegee. Loafers at courthouse door
  Men standing around the entrance to the courthouse in Tuskegee, Alabama. Referred to as "loafers," the men are sitting in wooden spindle backed chairs and standing in the main entrance way of the courthouse. They are all wearing suit jacket and bowler hats. The building appears to be in some disrepair due to window panes missing above the doorway and piles of stone around the foundation of the structure. Slide labeled with text, "Made by G.R.   Alcatraz Id. Like sugar and peaks. Serra do Mar
  Alcatraz Island within Serra do Mar, Brazil. The mountain rises out of the bay and looks similar to Sugarloaf Mountain of Rio de Janeiro. Very rocky with little foliage.   Lava and hardened magma deposits from Mauna Loa in 1920. The landscape is barren and the ashen soil is very loose. Trees can be seen in the background.

  A row of Birch trees in Allegan County Park in Allegan, Michigan. The trees have grown up to be the same size and offer shade behind the row of trees.   Allegan County Park. White poplars on bluff. Leafing out. May 15
  White Poplar trees growing on a sand dune in Allegan County Park in Allegan, Michigan. It is noted that the trees are leafing out and it is May 15th. The trees are growing out of the sandy bluff about Lake Michigan and dune grass covers the landscape closer to the water. The trees are all being blown by the wind.   Allegan State Park. Big beech trees to south by southwest. All limbs face towards lake
  Large Beech trees in Allegan State Park in Allegan, Michigan. It is noted that all of the limbs of the trees face towards the lake, presumably because it was easier for their limbs to grow out over the water where they were not competing for space. A wooden fence row divides the trees from the lake to the right and smaller trees grow beside the tall Beech's. Slide labeled with text, "Made by G.R. Swain, 713 E.   Along earth bank of the western side of whirlpool. Niagara River
  Overlooking the Niagara River from an earthen bank. The main whirlpool of the river can be seen at the base of the cliff, and the opposite bank is rocky and heavily forested. Strong currents are created in the river as the water rushes over submerged rocks in the riverbed.
