Sidestreets in Berkeley, California. Note the steep grade of the winding roads, a common occurrence in Berkeley. Several Craftsman style houses can be seen on the hills surrounding the street and powerlines lead down the center of the two roadways. The landscape appears to be rocky with sparse vegetation and it appears to have been windy when this picture was taken based on the appearance of the trees. It is noted the streets are paved with cement.
